CREATING OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN
From the very beginning, Jay believed a successful company should create opportunity—not just products.
He transformed his childhood home into a free vocational training center for women, funded by the company. At a time when employing women challenged long-standing cultural expectations in the region, the decision was met with resistance. Yet he remained committed to creating a place where women could learn valuable skills, earn an income, and build greater independence for themselves and their families.
That vision became woven into the fabric of G.O.A.T. Glove. As the company grew, so did the opportunity to create meaningful employment for women while building a culture rooted in dignity, respect, and craftsmanship.
Today, we’re encouraged to see more businesses creating opportunities for women throughout the community. Watching that progress has become one of the most meaningful parts of our journey.
